Privacy notice

Pumpi (“Pumpi”) is responsible for the processing of your personal data, in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

For any question or request about your data, write to the contact options on this site.

• Contact and identification: name, email address and phone number, when you buy, create an account, join a waiting list or write to us.
• Delivery: shipping address.
• Purchase: products, amounts, chosen payment method and order status. Payments are processed by Stripe and Mercado Pago: we do not receive or store your card details.
• Reviews: the name you choose to display and the text you write.
• Browsing: technical and usage data about the site (pages viewed, device, approximate location) through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. The “Build your routine” quiz asks whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication or have a health condition only to show you a precautionary notice: that answer stays in your browser and is not sent to or stored on our servers.

Necessary purposes, to provide the service:

• Process and deliver your orders and keep you informed about their status (payment and shipping).
• Answer your questions and requests.
• Manage your account, if you create one.
• Prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

Additional purposes, which you can choose to opt out of:

• Reminders if you left a purchase unfinished.
• Emails after your purchase: product suggestions, an invitation to leave a review and a reminder to repeat your order.
• Letting you know about launches if you joined a waiting list.
• Measuring site usage and the effectiveness of our advertising.

If you do not want us to use your data for the additional purposes, use the unsubscribe link in each email or write to the contact options on this site. Saying no does not affect your purchases.

• Payment processors (Stripe and Mercado Pago), to charge for your order.
• Carriers, to deliver it (name, phone and address).
• Infrastructure and email providers, to run the site and send you messages.
• Google (Analytics) and Meta (pixel), when active, to measure site usage and advertising.

We do not sell your personal data. Some of these providers may be located outside Mexico; the transfers are necessary to provide the service you request.

We use cookies and local storage so your cart works, to remember your language and to measure site usage with Google Analytics and, when active, the Meta pixel. You can disable or delete them in your browser settings; without them, some features (such as the cart) may stop working. For Google Analytics you can also install the opt-out add-on.

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, cancel it and object to its use (ARCO rights), as well as to withdraw your consent.

To exercise them, write to the contact options on this site stating your name, a way to reply to you, the right you wish to exercise, a clear description of the data and, if applicable, a document proving your identity. We will reply within the deadlines set by law.

If we change this notice, we will publish the updated version on this page with its date.
